Munic — Restaurant in Palafrugell

I stumbled across this restaurant purely by chance, after walking around the town square my partner and I decided we wanted something quick to eat. We walked in and were instantly greeted and seated. Unfortunately i was too hungry to capture any photos of the food, but can guarantee you the Angus Beef Hamburger was simple yet delicious. The restaurant is centrally located in the centre of town and provides great service and amenities.

First time I went they took the ketchup away and said one moment incase it explodes? Then the gave it me back. I don't understand.

The next day I went in with new clothes and suit, first time I wore and had a burger and opened the ketchup they gave me and it exploded all on my clothes.

I told them and they just said sorry then charged...

El camarero ha sido un maleducado desde el primer momento. Llegamos esta mañana y estuvimos 25 minutos esperando a que nos atendiera, mientras iba sirviendo a personas que llegaban después que nosotros. Lo peor es que nos miraba sabiendo perfectamente que llevábamos rato esperando, como si lo hiciera a propósito.

Antes de que llegáramos, ya había una señora esperando. El camarero se acercó a ella y, en lugar de atenderla, le preguntó de forma borde si estaba sola. Al responderle que sí, la mandó a sentarse en otra mesa con muy malos modos, solo porque estaba en una mesa de cuatro en lugar de una individual. Ella, con toda la educación, le preguntó si al menos podía atenderla ahí, y él le respondió de forma chulesca que primero atendería a una familia que había llegado aún después que nosotros.

Más tarde, varios clientes le pedían cosas como cucharillas o azúcar, y su respuesta era siempre la misma: “Si quieres una cuchara, te levantas y la pides en la barra.” Este chico os va a arruinar...
