KODIAK gastrotapas — Restaurant in Palma

Hola. Primero aclaro, que me encantaba este sitio, y nunca habia tenido ningun problema. Ahora acabo de salir, sin comer, despues de 1 hora sentado. He entreado a las 14h, sin reserva. He preguntado si tenian mesa para 1 y si podia comer de carta. Me han dicho que sí y me han ofrecido una mesa alta. Aun el local estaba medio vacio, pero tenias bastantes reservas. Enseguida me han traido la carta y me han tomado nota de la bebida. A los 10 min. Aprox. Han venido a tomar nota de mi comida. He pedido las verduras a la plancha y el mini chuleton. Cuando eran las 14:30 aun no me habian servido, le he preguntado a la chica que me atendia, que si le quedaba mucho a mi comida, me ha dicho que ya se estaba haciendo, que si queria podia traerme primero la verdura, y le he contestado que sí. A los 10 min. Las ha traido. Me las he terminado, y aun no aparecia la carne. Para entoces el local estaba lleno. A las 15h le he preguntado a otra chica, si le faltaba mucho a la carne, porque tenia que seguir trabajando. Y la chica me ha dicho que quedaba un rato, porque aún lo tenian que hacer. Le he dicho que llevaba desde las 14h y que encima aun tenian que hacerlo, he pedido que lo cancelara y me cobrara lo que habia comido. No estaba contento, pero no tenia intención de perder tiempo poniendo una reseña, no suelo hacerlo. Pero entoces la primer chica que me ha atendido, ha traido un papelito, donde ponia que la carne se habia comandado a las 14:30 ( aun así, considero que 30 min. Es tiempo suficiente para, al menos, empezar a cocinarlo). Pero le he respondido a la chica, que yo he llegado a las 14h y son las 15h y aun no tengo mi comida, que me cobraran y me iba. Y su respuesta ha sido, QUE SI QUERIA RAPIDEZ, HUBIESE IDO AL KEBAB DE ENFRENTE. Bueno ya me he desahogado, y las verduras y el romesco estaban muy buenas. Lastima que no las...

Nice place with great decor. The staff are friendly and helpful, giving us tips on what we should order and the size of the portions. We had six cuttlefish croquettes as a starter, really tasty and perfect to share.

Our main was the mini beef chops, very simple, just salt for seasoning and some thinly sliced potato chips,again,perfect for sharing.

Finally, as a dessert, I had the banana, chocolate & caramel wrapped in a thin pastry with icecream. Very delicious and likely fastastic to share with another, but I couldn't help myself 😂

We had dinner there and we ordered 3 ribeyes (1Kg each) to share. All of them were perfectly cooked and the meat was delicious but all them had exactly the same problem: the meat was cold! We like rare meat, but because they cut it (which is wonderful) but do not serve on a specially hot plate to keep it warm, it just gets cold in a matter of minutes, and remember we shared a ribeye every two... Just a pity because the meat...
