WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN ANY HOTEL OR HOSTEL. AWFUL. check in was not straightforward. When I came back at night with my girlfriend, 3 drunk guys were at the front door. 1 of them, Spanish speaking, cheap tattoos, local looking approached us threatening me to fight and kill me if I moatreat my woman. We both looked at him and told him to get out we are just talking and leave us alone. He treated to call other guys and made gestures of guns etc bc that was his neighborhood. As he was still very annoying my wife and I decided to ring the bell and enter the hostel and go to sleep for the few hrs b4 our flight, and get away from that drunk street idiot. Guess what?!! The night receptionist manager name Michel didn't care we were being threatener by the drunks art he front door of the hostel. Literally did not care, offer us no safety. Then a minute later this drunk aggressive guy opens the front door of the hostel, and comes in with supermarket bag with more drinks and continues menacing us and calling the night host by his name like they knew each other. We ask.. Is he and his also drunk, urban gang looking friends staying here too?! And yes they were staying in this hostel too...||We ask for a taxi, picked up our things and got out of it right away. Worst experience ever. My wife felt threatened, I stayed cool avoiding a fight not know ig who this idiot was or if he had a weapon. All the time the night manager doing nothing and the hostel rwcwivign this type of guests and letting them in completely drunk, dirty, aggressive, getting wasted at the front door and maybe even passing drugs inside the hostel. Avoid this sh#t hole place and whatever agreements they have with the local urban gang idiots. Terrible experience. Unsafe, dirty, and pathetic way to handle everything by the night manager. And not even a refund by the company, or an apology or anything....

The hostel has a bed bug infestation. They changed my room as I found bed bugs on the first night during my 12 night stay only as booking .com intervened ( i had booked through them) and took photos as proof , In the second room, there were luckily no bedbugs, but They really need to work on their hygiene standards!!! My bedsheets were changed twice during my 12 day stay and the second time as I requested for the change twice... no wonder they have a bedbug problem ...as they maintain such low hygiene standards! The common toilets and bathrooms were also almost always filthy . Really bad hygiene standards . The whole hostel is also without air-conditioning, and in 35-40 degrees Celsius, like it was when I went there, it was unbearable, and the ceiling fans did not help at all . It was one of the worst hostel experiences I have ever had in my life . After arriving in peak July season, unfortunately,I could not afford to get my accommodation changed and had to somehow get through this....Absolute nightmare . And the response to my review with sarcasm and threats just proves my point again . Defamation is not just a Crime in Spain it is a crime in almost all of the world !!!! Calling someone a liar or Pinnochio is also defamation , if it was a lie and not really bedbugs why not prove it when it was pointed out then and there, why keep it hush -hush and ... why change my room in the first place . Instead of writing sarcastic and threatening replies to google reviews please try to put in the same effort in the sanitation and Hygiene standards of your Hostel , and please hire the Exterminators you need them ! Like me and previous travellers have pointed out in the reviews , it is after all not Just one Mention of the Bedbugs . Who is the Pinnochio and who's nose continues to grow will become clear !
