McDonald's — Restaurant in Palma

if i could give the service any lower than 1 star i would. when i go to an airport i expect the staff to atleast understand small and simple english phrases - this hasnt been much of a problem as i know very simple spanish so i can kind of manuever between context to understand whats happeing. i ordered a simple meal nothing to much just a classic double cheese burger with 9 nuggets. thats all. first of all it costed a whopping 17 euros which already sets the tone for this review that is an absolute joke. extortion. then once they had rinsed my bank account of any penny there was i was waiting 20 minutes for my food . i understand that it is sometimes busy in an airport however when i see people order wait 3 mins for the food and get it , it can be quite annoying. after 15 mins of waiting i went up to the counter and asked wheres my food in both english and spanish, the person at the front counter simply ignored me looked at my recipt and looked away and asked for someone else to come over and so they did the exact same thing , mumbled something under their breath and walked away . that was the extent of my interactions with the staff. 5 mins later they comeback and shout my number i go up sit down finally ready to enjoy a nice meal before my flight when i open the box with a missing patty and poorly prepared. i also recieved no sauces which is always delightful . terrible experience rude staff if i fly from this airport again burger king has...

Absolute utter chaos. The queues were huge but they offer table service so we figured we would order that way. Waited over 30min then my husband went to find out where the food, the order screens were wrong so he stood in a huge queue of people complaining. Food finally arrived and our burger was missing so stood in the complaints queue again for 30more minutes Two people just shrugged at us when we asked about the burger, a guy then said he would get it but then just walked off to serve another table. You could see the chaos in the kitchen, no order to it, poor communication. We were told there were too many orders but they kept the order screens and table service on, why not turn that off to slow down ordering. We gave up without the burger as our flight was then boarding so we had to run to catch it, rest of the food was cold by this point so binned it. Table next to us were also missing half their order and table behind were missing...
