Macchiato Coffee - Shop — Restaurant in Pamplona

Super-tasty food (many healthy options), delicious coffees and chocolate, great selection of sweets, the NICEST staff I've seen in any cafe/brunch place (and in Pamplona, nice staff is unfortunately not as common as one would hope), very reasonable prices (they chose not to let greedflation/shrinkflation go rampant and that's really appreciated). Very good decor (it could perhaps benefit from some lower lighting to make it even cozier). Fast service (things started being served 7 minutes after we ordered, the last ones came at around 15 minutes after ordering).

Dogs are welcome, which is highly appreciated by dog owners and speaks highly of the mentality of the owners. Goes against the sadly conservative Navarrese/Spanish mentality regarding dogs, especially compared to most other European countries.

One of the most unique things about them is that their drinks/beverages are actually made with a low-mid quantity of sugar, and each table has a sugar shaker, so you can add as little or as much sugar as you want to get the drink to what you consider ideal. I was there today, I have bought 1 orange juice and two sandwiches, in 5 minutes the orange juice and 1 small sandwich was arrived, fifteen minutes later I was still waiting for the big sandwich so I asked to the employee if could have a check about my meal. After 30 minutes that I asked I still haven’t nothing, then I asked 2 more times about my sandwich and every time they told me that they were making it, so after 50 minutes from when I paid and still waiting for it I decided to leave the bar...

El sitio es bonito pero la atención es muy lenta fui con una amiga y a ella le sirvieron primero y luego yo tuve que esperar 15 minutos por mi sándwich y pedimos todo al mismo tiempo. Luego quise cambiar el café porque no me gusto pagué 3,20€ y le dije que me lo cambiará por un café con leche normal que cuesta 1,60€ y tardaron otros 15 minutos más en traerme el café. En resumen o te tomas el café frío o te comes el sándwich sin café y si vas acompañado la otra persona o espera por ti o come sola. Cabe descartar que no me tomé el café de 3,20 lo regresé cuando el camarero me trajo el café con leche normal me lo trajo con el tiket para pagarlo me lo cobraron también el camarero en ningún momento me comunico que así cambiará el café y lo regresará melo iban a cobrar es importante que el camarero comunique al cliente, pero la respuesta que recibí es que ellos son baristas profesionales. Si el servicio fue así de lento y eso que había poca gente no quiero...
