Piccola Italia — Restaurant in Pineda de Mar

What I can say - pizza was good, but I can’t say it about staff. We came here at 14:50 knowing that we will have about hour, cause it’s closing at 16. We ordered our meal, waited about 15 minutes and when waiter came with our pizzas he told us that we have 10-15 minutes to finish eating cause they are closing! Wait, what? They wanted to close restaurant earlier without telling us while we ordered. We had to eat in hurry what I really hate. While we were eating waiter was standing nearby our table and he was cheking if we finished to eat. Outrageous! Beautiful family run restaurant, so friendly, food is cooked in sight. Luca is so lovely! We need more Luca's in the world! We were looking for a nice place to eat after missing our dinner at our hotel, we stumbled across Piccola Italia, best little place we could've found! I had a pear and walnut pizza and honestly it was delicious! My partner had a beef pizza and really enjoyed his! We will definitely be back this trip and again in the future! We visited this restaurant twice during our stay in Pineda de Mar and it was the best restaurant in the surroundings. The food is incredibly delicious, with all dishes being genuinely prepared from fresh produce. The restaurant is located in such a cosy and welcoming area which is full of life.
