Fantastic Dining Experience at La Braseria!

La Braseria exceeded all expectations during our recent visit. The charcoal salmon and charcoal cauliflower were absolutely outstanding—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The unique charcoal preparation really enhanced the taste, making the meal truly memorable.

What made our experience even more special was the exceptional service from Elena. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Her knowledge of the menu and thoughtful recommendations added to the overall fantastic dining experience.

Additionally, La Braseria offers oat milk, which was a delightful surprise, and their coffee was simply delicious—a perfect way to end the meal.

Due to shoulder season understaffed, arrived with 6 or 7 tables occupied on the terrace, 2 tables were full of empty plates and glasses until we left; nevertheless friendly waitress, who was surprisingly quick and thoughtful.

Ordered 4 tapas dishes, bread, aioli and olives, a çana, table water (sparkling and still). All dishes were served equally good, nicely presented, a feast for the eye. Spicy chicken wings were fantastic, and.. really spicey. Superb. The roasted rice woth shrimp dish was top notch, really tasty, and large portion. These were accompanied by the grilled veggie dish with seasalt, lovely, and the patatas bravas, possibly the best I have ever tasted.

Dribks were nice and cold and came in nice bottles. All in all a really good experience, food and service wise. We’ll be back for more..

We stayed in a villa nearby so went here for dinner and drinks 4 times during our holiday as a large family of 8. The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive. The food is amazing, we were so impressed. We tried almost everything on the menu and we were not disappointed once. The kids food was much higher quality than every other Pollenca restaurant. We can highly recommend the patatas bravas, grilled octopus skewers, chicken wings, seabass ceviche, seafood and rice dish. The salads were so fresh and all the grilled meats were cooked perfectly and come with vegetables and chips. The Mallorcan bread with olive oil and herbs is to die for! All the cocktails we tried were made properly and the best cocktails in pollenca! My dad enjoyed walking round and relaxing with a beer on the terrace and was made to feel very welcome.
