Really nice panadería which works also as a bar, especially for pilgrims leaving very early. For this reason they open at 6.00 AM. There are many alternatives for the breakfast menu, but the tostada is particularly recommended, as it is prepared with the same shop's fresh made bread, perfectly toasted and served with butter and jam.
