PÁRAMO Bar, Pizzería y Restaurante — Restaurant in Requena

We stayed two nights in the Útiel Requeña wine region to taste the Bobal wine. After tasting we had a craving for pizza. This area is not exactly on the tourist trail so we were unsure what we would find. After an unsuccessful search in Útiel we drove to Requeña and found Pizzeria Rodelu. The effort was well worth it. We had a delicious salad, a pizza, two glasses of Bobal wine and a dessert. Everything was wonderful. The waitress helped adjust the pizza ingredients to make it vegetarian. Everyone was friendly. Pizas correctas, no son las mejores pero están buenas y tienen un precio y cantidad más que razonables. La masa un poco gorda. Pedí una barbacoa y no llevaba los ingredientes típicos de ese sabor, así que resultó un poco extraño... aunque lo importante es que se podía comer.

Algo muy bueno es que el servicio de cocina está abierto hasta tarde, de modo que puedes acudir allí si tienes alguna urgencia. El trato por parte del personal es bueno, son agradables.

No me entusiasma haber visto que dan la vuelta a los manteles y no los cambian, eso es algo que podrían mejorar. Sinceramente, es preferible que para eso no los pongan.
