Algunas personas me hablaron de que habían abierto este obrador, pensaba que tendrían alguna sección sin gluten y fui a verlo, y cual fue mi sospresa que todo lo que tienen es sin gluten, el obrador entero, con lo que no hay riesgos de contaminación cruzada. Compré varios dulces y panes y no sé con cual quedarme, porque está todo buenísimo, los phosquitos, las palmeritas (no se diferencian en nada a las con gluten), la tartaleta de queso, la tarta sacher, cuñas de crema y chocolate... y las baguettes con corteza crujientita, los bollos de distintas harinas, y las hogazas con masa madre... todo espectacular. El chico que atiende súper amable y simpático, explicándonos todo con mucha paciencia y buen humor, vamos un lugar al que dan ganas de volver y el que será mi panaderia/pasteleria de referencia. Ojalá les vaya muy bien porque emprender en los tiempos que corren y las ganas que se ve que le ponen, se lo merecen, porque está todo de 10....
