Wow - Absolutely amazing steak restaurant in Ronda. The restaurant is located on the edge of town but is a very short taxi ride away. When you enter the room it is the huge barbecue range that catches the eye and it is surely the heart of this wonderful restaurant.
One of the nicest things about Kütral is that the owner/chef greets you and is on hand for the rest of the evening.
We had the empanadas and grilled avocado to start. We have certainly never had better empanadas anywhere and the avocado was superb. We were offered different cuts of meat and told all about them. Two of the cuts were Argentinian and three were Spanish. We went for a piece of Simmental from Spain. When it came it was perfectly cooked and simply sublime. We have been to many steak restaurants around the world and in Spain in particular and have never had a more tender and tasty steak before - it was melt in your mouth stuff! We had fries and the cabbage off the starter menu to accompany our steak. The chef recommended a sensibly priced Malbec (€35) which was spot on.

Tucked away in an industrial area, you step inside the restaurant to find a cool welcoming environment with a large woodfire oven prominently featured near the center of the main floor. Our service was amazing. Later I discovered that the proprietor, Martin Abramzon, helped us with our selections. We ordered a couple starters. The risotto and empanadas were our favorites. And I’ll just get to the point—Kütral is the best steakhouse experience I’ve had to date. A flawless culinary experience that included sensational appetizers such as the Argentinian empanadas, the Presa Iberica, and the Ham of Wagyu; a perfectly executed Risotto; and a succulent dry-aged rib-eye.
