Meet Point Pub Rota — Restaurant in Rota

Meet Point Pub is staple American pub in the middle between Pier 5 and O'Grady's. Live sports and American music will be found here. The drinks are cold & bountiful, atmosphere is colorful and the walls adorned with sport memorabilia, customer photos, and remembrance displays. There is a pull-up bar to test your might and perhaps earn a prize. The food here is stellar from my experiences, the onion rings are consistent and better than any onion rings I've had elsewhere. The Burgers are also well made and tasty, the ingredients look and taste fresh. My personal favorite treat from this pub are their French Fries (Patatas here in Spain), they are actually seasoned. If you've been here long, you know food is rarely seasoned anywhere, but you can count on some seasoning here ; a well appreciated thought that goes a long way. You can call ahead and order food for take out or dine in, bear in mind the music/pub may be loud for the receiver to hear and it can be easy for your order to be misconstrued. I went to this pub with my friends. When we went to order our drinks the bartender that was behind the bar at the time said that his shift hasn't started yet. We tried ordering our drinks at the other bartender but she wasn't really attentive and we ended up leaving. Horrible service; all of the bartenders who work here have a terrible passive aggressive attitude for no reason. Used to come here all the time but in the last few years it has really gone downhill and is no longer a welcoming place for Sailors and Contractors.
