Very terrible experience! I was there with my girlfriend, and after ordering we were discussing the ice creams (in Russian) if there was really chocolate/vanilla ice cream without milk, before I was speaking Spanish with the employees, then one girl left the counter without any introduction, said to us in a very rude manner (in Russian): ‘by the way, we have the chocolate and vanilla ice cream without milk!!!’, her name was Diana, she said that she is the manager, when we asked to call the manager! When we asked for the documentation to leave the inquiry, she said that she can comment anything from what she heard from our conversation, and she has a right to switch to any language! No apologies...

Best ice-cream around. Period. Freshly made, lovingly displayed and always served with a smile. These guys are proud of their products and rightly so. My favourite ones are pistachio, turron, raffaello or a refreshing lemon one after a bike ride. The “gofres” (Belgian waffles), the crepes and the orxata are also to die for. You’ll probably find bigger and “flashier” ice-cream shops around. But you won’t find...

La verdad tengo que felicitar a la persona que te lleva las redes sociales IG excelente la magia que hace .. por que al llegar al local es completamente decepcionante, te enumero algunas cosas donde tienes oportunidad de mejorar. Promocionas mucho la maracuyá al llegar no tienes, las vitrinas sucias además de humedecidas (mojadas), PEOR AÚN.. al abrirlas veía como las gotas caían sobre los helados,agua SUCIA… (muuuy anti higiénico) , se podía ver helados cristalizados, los pocos que se veían la suciedad y humedad dificultaban verlos, la persona que atendió al pedirle probar un sabor MOJO.. a penas UNTO.. una MINÚSCULA e INSIGNIFICANTE muestra que ofende.. algo que jaaaamas podrías apreciar en boca…es que si te lo muestro no me lo creerías.. además de que no se preocupo por tratar de vendernos naaadaaa ni a mi ni a mis acompañantes.. ofreciendo sabores, recomendaciones, sugerencias para que compráramos… NAADAA.. y coronan con un minúsculo vaso de jugo de maracuyá ARTIFICIAL casi 4€ jooodeerr .. y peor aún con la competencia que tienen al lado donde el servicio es excelente que lástima de verdad tenía mucha expectativa.. pero es que ni cuidan el higiene de sus productos… debut...
