I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Toscano, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with the service we received. While the overall ambiance and food quality met our expectations, the behavior of our waiter tarnished our experience significantly.

We are not fluent in Spanish, a fact that seemed to frustrate our server to no end. Despite our best efforts to communicate, he appeared impatient and even dismissive. When he failed to communicate with us in English, we attempted to speak slowly in Spanish. At that point, he unprofessionally yelled "Faster! Faster!" to hasten our decision-making.

Further, the server did not merely place our food on the table but literally threw the plates, showing a complete lack of respect for us and for the dining experience as a whole. We also observed him being rude to other patrons, which only added to the overall negative atmosphere.
