Tia Maria — Restaurant in San Fulgencio

Lovely service with friendly staff and freshly cooked, delicious food at very reasonable prices.

There are two outside seating areas, one at the front and another out back and a darker option of being inside, though it's more like a corridor in there.

The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable and there are many choices on their menu from soups and tapas to combination plates and a selection of typical Spanish rice dishes.

Would definitely visit again...

Visited my cousin who lives in this area and we went here for lunch. Wow, wow, wow! We had a mix of various tapas, anchovy in vinegarette (bucaroni) alioli & bread, garlic prawns, paella, chicken curry (yes a tapas) Patatas bravas and meatballs. I honestly couldn’t fault any of it, being a Brit and not having a negative about something is saying something 😀 Well done to Ana, Sue and whoever the other lady was (sorry!) As arnie would say...

Unfortunately a disappointing visit, the only saving grace was that we had a starter, we had the paella mixta, however there was insufficient rice to feed one let alone two, so little meat to discern what type of paella it was, very dissatisfied as the paella had great flavour. Even the draught Mahou lacked any luster, that we both left half paid the bill and grabbed two pizza's...
