Very disappointed
We drove all the way from Los Alcázares to try the Caldereta de Rape (the menu states on Weekends and pre- order).
Well … we were in early as usual 12.30 (restaurant opens at 11 !!) on a Saturday.
We were told the caldereta is served AFTER 2.30 pm
Besides not feeling welcome AT ALL. We waited like fools to be seated. We were paid no attention at all. The woman behind the bar reluctantly came out from behind the bar to show as a table. She made us feel VERY UNWELCOME. NO SMILE, NO WELCOME and granted us ONE menu to share, although we were completely alone. No other guests.

Un lugar estupendo que no te puedes perder si te gusta el pescado y el marisco frito o a la plancha. Voy siempre que estoy de vacaciones en España y llevo más de 12 años yendo a este restaurante. No recuerdo haberme decepcionado. Los precios son muy razonables. Los camareros son atentos y los dueños son muy amables y acogedores. En temporada alta, no olvides reservar mesa con antelación.
Un excellent endroit qu'il ne faut pas manquer si vous aimez toutes sortes de poissons et crustacés frits ou à la plancha. Dès que je suis en vacances en Espagne je m'y rend et cela fait plus de 12 ans que je fréquente ce restaurant. Je ne me rappelle pas d'avoir été déçu. Les prix sont très raisonnables. Les serveurs sont attentifs et les patrons sont très accueillants et sympathiques. En pleine saison, n'oubliez pas de réserver votre table à l'avance.

I don’t want any of you to go there. I want this gem all to myself. This is a fish restaurant for fish lovers. Food is fantastic, plenty full and absolutely delicious, and on top of this, it is not expensive at all.
