Restaurante Paquebote — Restaurant in San Javier

Ok food and nice settings, but OMG what lack of order. Had to ask twice for the check after having waited at least 45min after finishing our meal. When we finally get it there's items on it that we didn't order. All right. Misstakes happen. We sort it out with the waiter and he returns after a moment with new check. The new one has a new item we didn't order. By this time there's new guests that want our table and since we want nothing more than to leave we get up and let them sit down at our table. Now a new waiter comes along and worriedly starts asking questions about the people who sat at this table before. We just wave a credit card at him and he asks if we want to pay... The whole thing is now quite tiresome and once we start explaining everything, again, to this new waiter, he waves us inside where we pay at the front desk. I really hope this is a one time thing at this establishment because any business that runs likes this is doomed in the long run. PS. I don't think anyone is surprised to know that they lost their tip in...

Love how the owner has time to comment on here and not to the email that i sent to the restruant directly, just another example of their lack of customer service!!!!! Card was American and works perfectly, shame same can bot be said for your communication skills...... also apparently manager/owner was not in attenace on tbe night, evidently you where just hiding or whete you the extremely rude one!!! Also heads up read trip adviser reviews shows how awful this place truely is:-) stsy well clear!@!!Google

Awful experience. Stay well clear if you are English! Tried to rip us off and then when we queried it told us that they could not speak English..... then asked to speak to the manager after a crowd of five servers where trying to argue the point... when we told the manager that this was bad he said 'this not bad just bad customer' that seems to be a pretty well put together English...

Stopped here for lunch and wish we hadn't. The young waitress was so miserable and had a face on her the whole time. She made us feel really uncomfortable. She plonked a plate of 3 round balls of something on the table no idea what they were as that would have obviously been too much of an effort for her to tell us. I've read another review below and they were on the bill even though not ordered. We only glanced at bill so not sure if we paid for them too.

A nice guy turned up as we'd finished (oh the food was stone cold by the way) to pay the bill, possibly the owner. Seemed very nice but unfortunately too little too late. First time we haven't left a tip which we felt uncomfortable doing as we are nice people but the service was so bad we had to....
