I ordered food here and, while waiting, I checked the reviews. Honestly, I was shocked to see so many 1-star ratings saying things like “the food isn’t tasty,” “there’s no meat,” or “the service is bad.” It made me think I had made a mistake.

But when my order arrived, I realized those reviews were nonsense. The food is actually tasty (not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely good), the staff were friendly, everything was prepared quickly, and there was plenty of meat in my dürüm.

Realice un pedido para llevar en este establecimiento que sirve comida principalmente de origen turco como durum, pitas o platos tipo falafel y demás. Se trata de un restaurante que tiene varias localizaciones en Murcia ya que creo que tienen un local en Cartagena. Tiene un formato curioso en el que le puedes añadir todos los ingredientes que quieras al durum con un precio de 5 euros y medio aproximadamente. En mi caso pedí un durum con carne mixta de pollo y ternera, con ensalada, queso fondue y salsa blanca. El durum estaba bueno, la carne me gusto bastante y no estaba nada grasienta que en algunos si me los he encontrado, pero como defecto creo que lleva demasiada ensalada en comparación con la carne, ya que pese a estar buena estaba poco presente para mi gusto, la salsa bastante buena y tenía un toque de especias bastante bueno el mezclum. También como pero no note apenas el queso fondue y la porción no es pequeña pero por menos he comprado algún otro durum que de calidad...

Totally ignored by a member serving. Walked away from the counter. He should show respect to people who are paying his wages. To top it all the food was stone cold. Had to take it back. Wasn’t any better when replaced. Won’t be recommending this particular branch. Will not be getting anymore...
