Outstanding Experience at Vanilla Bar!

I recently visited the newly opened Vanilla Bar in San Miguel de Salinas, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks in large part to the incredible host (Paul) who was not only kind and courteous but also had a great sense of humour, making us feel instantly at home.

The food was truly exceptional. I ordered the steak, which was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavour. The sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious, and the onion rings were light and perfectly seasoned. Everything was plated beautifully, and the presentation really added to the overall experience.

The service was attentive without being intrusive, and you could tell that the staff took pride in making sure everyone had a great time. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the hospitality are so on point.

We came to Vanilla Bar for Sunday lunch as a family: myself, my husband, and our son, and had a fantastic experience. We all chose the roast chicken, which was absolutely delicious. The parsnips and roast potatoes were cooked to perfection, and the cheesecake we had for dessert was exceptional.
