It was my first time visiting this Japanese sushi restaurant, and I was truly impressed! The ingredients were incredibly fresh—especially the salmon and scallops, which melted in my mouth with absolutely no fishy taste. You can really tell the chef puts great care into the quality of the ingredients. The sushi chef’s skills were exceptional—each piece was perfectly balanced, with just the right temperature and seasoning of the rice. No tengo palabras para expresar lo bueno que hacen la comida aquí. Pensé que no habría un buffet de sushi en condiciones por aquí en Ibiza, hasta que conocí Sanshi por redes.

Además de ofrecer sushi tienen pizzas, recomiendo total la pizza "Verano", no falla.

Antes de ello quiero reconocer la amabilidad y carisma del equipo que nos atendieron, ya que fue nuestro primer día y la forma de darnos la bienvenida ha sido tan cercana, que me sentía muy bien en hacer bromas con ellos, como si ya nos conocieramos de hace un tiempo.

La presentación de los platos, fascinante, súper bonito todo, que encima concuerdan con su sabor, un sabor que sorprende la verdad, no son ni tan fuertes, ni muy sosos, están al punto, la mezcla de algunas cosas que no me imaginaba probar, simplemente 10/10. Asi que en relación de calidad-precio, está súper bien.

Además quiero reconocer la página con la que haces las comandas, está muy bien configurada, me sorprendió demasiado esa página donde puedes ver si se está preparando, si ya salió de cocina, etc... Súper cómoda de usar a comparación de algunos buffet libre de la península.

No sabría que platos de sushi recomendar porque todos valen la pena probar, están buenísimos, es una explosión de sabor en tu boca.

Quiero dar una enhorabuena a todo el personal y su nueva apertura en el puerto de San Antonio, lo habéis y sé que lo seguireis haciendo de maravilla.
