Hamburgueseria Goiko — Restaurant in Sant Cugat del Vallès

I had absolutely terrible experience today. I'm your regular customer and I loved your Kiki... Untill today :( I went around 6pm when I was almost the only one. After waiting long time (30mins, let me remind restaurant was not full) for my favourite burger. I got it cold and chewy, same with fries - cold. I assume both were in the kitchen for hours and warmed up in microwave. After mentioning that to waitress, he took it and after 15mins he brought it again. I was so disappointed to see that food was not fresh but... both burger and fries were refried which made it super oily. It looked like sth from cheap burger place on motorway... definitely not quality you provided before. I went again to waitress saying it's just not good to eat and I was asked to pay for it. Horrible customer service...!

I have no idea what recently you changed in that restaurant but I see latest reviews also share cold food and long waiting time feedback. Rather than answering by suggesting to give you another chance I strongly recommend improving quality of your food and customer service. Today I totally lost trust...

The reason why I give Goiko 3 stars only is because the waiters takes a lot of time to arrive and ask you for what you need. Also the food order always takes a lot of time. I went there one time for lunch time during work and my order arrived after 40 minutes. Then before going there just make sure that you have a lot of time to wait for your order. But this doesn’t deny the fact that the place is cool to sit in especially in the terrace. They have great mojitos. I tried the nachos with guacamole and It was super delicious . A very good burger place where it's possible to customize the burger as wanted. From the meat to the toppings, the choice is large (except for the sides and the bun, only 3 and 2 respectively are available). Meat is cooked perfectly and flavor is great. Service is smiley and relatively fast, however when it's full the waiters can be overwhelmed easily. Place is clean, with comfortable seats and tables inside, it has wifi. Bathrooms are ok.
