We ordered the vegetarian tapas and they were really good especially the artichokes. We noticed that the service was slow... but our waitress was super nice and helpful and gave us all the good options to find vegetarian possibilities. She was very kind, can't remember her name now. Maybe Maria? Anyway overall a good experience. Good service always makes the difference. Nevertheless, the other waitresses noticed that we needed help at some point and didn't even bother to come and check in with us. So the 5 stars and review go especially to her, and she will know as we told her we will. Keep up the good service as clients come...

Don’t get fouled by the outside of the restaurant. This place is shocking. Starting with the wait time, only the water was on time! We waited 1h for 2 burgers and a 300g steak which was more than undercooked (we asked for medium). Furthermore, the burger was a disaster. The bread came straight from the freezer and the supposedly chicken tasted like tuna. We highly discourage you to come to that place. Note for the chef: I recommend him to change profession, it’s in his best interest. Even my friend Adi, who has cooking issues, makes food (especially the Tikka Massala). Good luck and try...

11.10 a las 20.11, llega mi hija con los niños, pide unas albóndigas para ellos pues tienen hambre, llegamos nosotros un poco más tarde, le recordamos varias veces a la camarera el pedido para los niños, enseguida salen es su respuesta, a la 1/2 hora nos dice que tardarán por un problema en cocina, nos tren bebida niños, un par de pinchos y el vino que hemos pedido, reclamando la comida de los niños y esperando que viniera a tomar nota de lo nuestro 20.53 enojados decimos que nos vamos, la cuenta y adios, va y nos dice que nos cobra las albóndigas porque ya estaban pedidas, yo enfadadisima le digo que me voy sin pagar y que si quiere llame a la policia, mi hija se va a otro sitio donde puedan cenar los niños, mientras nosotros pedimos por el encargado:no está, pedimos hija de reclamaciones y entonces si que sale un señor de dentro, muy amable, reconociendo el fallo de ellos, pidiendo disculpas y que no nos cobraban nada Experiencia muy desagradable, primera vez que nos pasa esto y nos conocen en varios restaurantes de S Cugat, no quiero que me inviten a nada pero si un buen servicio o que no me mientan, si la señorita rubia nos hubiese dicho que tardarían por el motivo que sea pedimos otra cosa para los niños Fuimos con mucha ilusión por el artículo del TOT pero...
