La cava d'en Pol — Restaurant in Sant Feliu de Guíxols

Absolutely incredible restaurant tucked away in an unassuming corner of Sant Feliu de Guíxols. We had the pleasure of dining here on a recent trip and the privilege of being looked after by Noa – a standout member of an exceptional team.

At first glance, the menu appears modest – simple, even – but what arrives at the table is nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish is a masterclass in creativity and execution, rooted firmly in Spanish culinary tradition with just a whisper of Thai influence. And yes – it absolutely works.

Service throughout the evening was flawless: attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. It felt like the team truly cared about creating a memorable experience.

To top it all off, the chef made time at the end of service to visit each table – a thoughtful gesture that speaks volumes about their passion and commitment.

Food was really good. Fish was very fresh and tasty. It was kind of ‚catch of the day‘. Due to the language barrier, we could not ask the price. We assumed that it would be the price of most expensive dish in the menu or 10 euro more expensive per person. We were blown away by their patatas bravas. HOT and tasty. Actually, everything was fantastic. Squid was tender, fish was delicate and cooked perfectly, tomato bread was a jewel, their tiny fried fish with egg was sooo good.

They were also so accommodating and let us bring our puppy! He was well behaved and inside his bag 🥰
