Absolutely Disgraceful Experience – Avoid at All Costs.

I had one of the worst dining experiences of my life at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude and unwelcoming. Things only got worse from there.

Our food was served to us after being dropped on the floor, the waiter dropped the pizzas and took them back into the kitchen. Within 2 minutes brought the “fresh pizzas” to the table which was the start of our realisation, an appalling breach of basic hygiene. When we raised concerns about the quality and condition of the food, we were met with hostility instead of apologies. The waiter, rather than listening to our complaint, became aggressive and tried to physically confront me. This was completely unacceptable and incredibly frightening.

To make matters worse, the manager was equally threatening when we tried to address the situation calmly. Instead of resolving the issue, they demanded we pay for everything, even though the food was inedible and the service outright abusive. After we reluctantly paid just to get out of the situation, ( €100 plus euros spent ) several staff members followed us outside in a threatening manner, clearly trying to intimidate us further.

Having lived on the island for many years I did not expect to be treated like this by anyone especially a local but this goes to show you cannot assume anything these days.

This place should not be in business. Their behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and dangerous. I strongly advise avoiding this restaurant tourist or otherwise entirely if you value your safety, your dignity, or a basic standard of cleanliness and...

Great pizza, probably the best I had in this area. I’ve ordered two pizza to go, when it was ready a tiny guy from the kitchen (150cm short) put my pizza on the desk and insulted a waiter. Since I didn’t know that is mine I waited for another 8mins and some point they noticed that it’s mine. Since I was all the time waiting in front of it, I wasn’t sure that’s it’s mine and asked if they are sure. Then the short guy from the kitchen insulted me in Italian and called me names all staff laughed. They were expecting me not to understand.

So if you like great cold pizza with additional waiting time for no reason and being called a “stup!d d!ck”. Than this is a great...

Although the view is amazing, unfortunately the service is terrible, i am writing down this review while I’m waiting for the pizza for 50 minutes, so you can imagine the level of service here, big shame cause the food is quite nice, but per general is not really worth it. I understand the chill vibe service of ibiza, but this one is crossing the limit, i became extra chill waiting 1h for the food, and of course they messed up the order as well. Plus on top of that the staff is rude! The management should reconsider their behaviour and skills and hire some staff that actually is gonna work.
