Absolutely blown away by Natural Mystic in Ibiza! This was hands down one of the best meals I've ever had. The staff were incredible – so knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the food. We are still confused about this place The food was spectacular! I’m from Argentina and I know CHORIPAN!!! We walked into a surreal place The music and the atmosphere didn’t masthead posted menu I confirmed We had an unbelievable meal We had provolone with grilled vegetables, choripan (Argentine sausage on a French roll) as appetizers We had skirt steak and rib eye as main course, both grilled to perfection! Absolutely wonderful place. Excellent food. To go when you have time to wait for food cooked from scratch. Authentic parrillada argentina. The entraña, the lomo alto (special of the day), the secreto de cerdo al rockefort, los choripanes, all were out of this world. Excellent quality and cooked with wood (not coal!) which makes it authentic (as a Uruguayan, I can taste the gigantic difference). The service is also amazing. We LOVED that there were 5 tables only, lots of space, a right to use the pool right next to the terrace, and a view of the sunset to kill for. Nos gustó tanto que a los dos días fuimos de nuevo (no fuimos al día siguiente porque ya tenían todo reservado). Invitamos a mi hermano y su esposa y quedaron encantados. Mi sobrina disfrutó de su hamburguesa, pero dice que le gustó más el día anterior cuando pidió carne. Los boniatos (sweet potatoes, camote, batatas) glacelados UNA MARAVILLA DEL CIELO.
