Es Xarcu is one of those places where you first think when you arrive: What a beautiful setting with the ocean just in front of you producing this wonderful atmosphere - the food is not the star here. Wrong - Es Xarcu has a culinary team in place which will accompany these amazing surroundings with some of the best seafood I had on the island. We went for the Rotja fish which was cooked to perfection- yes the food comes at a price but the quality is the best you can find - remember we are talking top notch quality.
