Our experience was terrible, both in terms of the food and the so-called “hospitality,” which, in fact, was completely absent. We wanted to eat paella, and for several dishes on the menu it was clearly stated that the listed price was per person, but the dish required a minimum of two people. To our surprise, nothing like that was mentioned for the paella, but apparently you had to pay €60 just to have one.
On top of that, there was no drink menu—only wines. When we asked for a menu, we were met with arrogance and a superior attitude, being told that “obviously” there were other drinks available.
In the end, we ordered fritto misto and a portion of octopus. The fritto misto was mediocre—okay in terms of taste, but nothing special for the price. The octopus, however, was poorly cooked, rubbery, and extremely difficult to chew.
All in all, I will never step foot in this restaurant again, and I strongly recommend that you do thorough research before eating anywhere in Ibiza, because it seems like restaurants here take advantage of tourists and inflate prices without offering...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Maria Luisa, and I can confidently say it's a hidden gem that should be on everyone’s must-visit list. The paella was absolutely fantastic—perfectly cooked with just the right balance of flavors. Each bite was a delightful experience, with the fresh seafood blending harmoniously.
The view from the restaurant was nothing short of stunning, offering a breathtaking panorama that made the meal even more memorable. Whether you're there for a sunset dinner or a daytime feast, the scenery alone is worth the visit.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional service. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, making us feel incredibly welcomed and attended to from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect.
In short, Maria Luisa is an absolute treasure—outstanding food, unbeatable views, and top-notch service. What a place,...
Read moreOverall the food and dining experience was pretty underwhelming. I ordered the filet steak and my girl friend ordered the chicken, it was served with boiled frozen carrots and broccoli which was very unimpressive from such an expensive and classy restaurant. The presentation was very sloppy and we could never get the waiter over to order a drink. Overpriced and not worth it. The food tasted decent and my steak was nice but for the price point very disappointing. However the sea view is lovely and very romantic, this was the best part of the dinner and a reason for a 3...
