If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered from the machine, took my number. Waited a long time. Luckily, flight delayed or I'd have missd it. Tries to add a donut to my order, was told I couldn't ( machine has no option for ordering donuts) but the worst was when my sandwich arrived. I ordered tuna Mayo and salad. They had toasted it, even though I had not ordered toasted. They said they toasted ALL the sandwiches. I requested exchange or refund €13.80!! Who eats hot tuna Mayo.Staff rudely declined. Boy on the front said take it or I put in the bin. Woman supervisor the in the back , said not possible to change or refund. Shouting at me. Both staff very rude, unhelpful. Threatened me with the police when I gave up , and threw my order in their bin. She should be sacked! Avoid at all costs. Only subway in the world that toast ALL sandwiches without asking. Literally only lettuce, tomato and olives as the options … My sandwich was already in the toaster so I’d committed and felt too bad to pull out. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch and was told the bacon would be extra, I said okay. Got to the salads and clarified that this really was all they had - to which the answer was yes. I asked to add on avocado. The server rolled his eyes and very begrudgingly looked up to say “you know that’ll be extra” my reply was “I know that, that’s why I’m asking you to add it. I’m asking for it so put it on” I then added “considering you have no salad options it really shouldn’t come at an extra charge”. His reasoning for not having the bare minimum options was because “we’re at the airport”. I then was told I’m only allowed 1 sauce.
