TADAIMA — Restaurant in Sant Vicent del Raspeig / San Vicente del Raspeig

Our lunch at this sushi restaurant in San Vicente was a great experience from start to finish. We made our reservation online, and the process was smooth and convenient. We were seated immediately and the first thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean, welcoming, and nicely decorated the space was, setting the tone for what turned out to be one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in the area.

The food arrived with a surprisingly quick turnaround time, which allowed us to sample a wide variety without long waits between dishes. Between three adults, we ordered generously: an appetizer, four specialty rolls, a combo plate with both a roll and nigiri, extra orders of nigiri, salmon tartar, tuna tartar, a tuna hand roll (which could have used just a little more tuna, though it was still tasty), and even dessert. All the food was well presented and delicious. We paired everything with beer and wine, and the total came to about €90 — an excellent value for the quality and quantity we enjoyed.

But what really set this experience apart was the excellent service! Coming from San Diego, we’re accustomed to attentive service, but in Alicante that level of service is hardly ever found. Here, however, the staff were professional, pleasant, and truly attentive to our table throughout the meal. It was, without a doubt, the best service we’ve had since moving here.

In short: great food, excellent service, and a clean, nicely decorated setting. We left full, happy, and already planning...

La comida está bien, es aceptable. Pero el servicio… tardaron MUCHO en servirnos, cuando nos sirvieron se equivocaron y nos trajeron la comida con pepino cuando se lo había pedido sin, y cuando se lo digo su primera reaccion es decirme que es aguacate cuando no lo era, si llego a ser alérgica que pasa ? La cuenta nos cobraron cosas de más, se lo decimos, la trae de nuevo y otra vez con cosas que no habíamos pedido incluidas en la cuenta … El único camarero que se preocupó y que se le notaba que le sabía mal era un chico morenito… Todo eso empaña el local que es muy mono y el sushi...

Hemos venido en varias ocasiones y cada vez estamos más a gusto y contentos con todo. El sashimi es espectacular, y solemos pedir el arroz de la casa, que está buenísimo. Merece mucho la pena ya que las calidades son inigualables, y nos ha atendido Lucía, como varias veces más que hemos venido y siempre ha sido súper atenta con nosotros, muy profesional y detallista . Subo fotos de varios días diferentes en los que hemos venido. El mejor sushi de todo Alicante y San Vicente...
