We went for lunch and it was a great choice. We opted for the menu of the day and the quality far exceeded the price. The food felt authentic, fresh, and wonderfully homemade.

The pumpkin soup with jamón serrano was spectacular: creamy, with a perfect flavor, and very comforting. The main dish, pork with parmesan sauce and fries, was tasty, but the true star of the meal was dessert: the pistachio cheesecake! An incredible delight.

The atmosphere is very nice, and the place was spotless. A special mention to Isaac, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire service.

En el corazón de un entorno encantador, Can Gallart ofrece una propuesta que combina tradición y creatividad con un equilibrio impecable. Comenzamos con una torrada de escalivada con queso de cabra, un plato que sorprende por su sencillez elevada: el dulzor ahumado de los pimientos y berenjenas asadas se funde con la cremosidad del queso de cabra gratinado, creando un contraste perfecto entre lo suave y lo intenso. El pan, ligeramente crujiente, aporta el toque rústico necesario para completar la experiencia.

La sepia fue otro acierto absoluto: tierna, bien marcada a la plancha y con un punto de cocción preciso. Acompañada de un alioli suave o tal vez alguna picada ligera (según temporada), deja claro que aquí se trata el producto con respeto y cariño.

Y para cerrar, una auténtica joya: el xuxo con ratafia. El clásico dulce gironí se sirve templado, con una masa crujiente por fuera y relleno de crema generosa. El toque de ratafia —licor de hierbas tradicional— lo eleva, aportando matices aromáticos que envuelven cada bocado en una sensación cálida y festiva.
