Restaurante Roque las Ánimas — Restaurant in Santa Cruz de Tenerife

This is the most affordable restaurant I've found on the island! They have reserved parking for customers right in front of the restaurant. The menu is limited but features some truly delicious specialties! We decided to order half portions to try different dishes, and I must say, the half portions are like full ones! We tried the meat in sauce, tuna in sauce, fried octopus, and potatoes. Unfortunately, we arrived around 3 PM, and the shrimp was already sold out.

My favorite dish was the meat in sauce! With three dishes, the side potatoes, a beer, and a sparkling water, we spent only 27 euros. Highly recommended to everyone—the service is quick, and the food is authentically local...

Stopped here by opportunist visit, and I did not regret it! The menu is very local quisine based, and for me, it was a dive into something i'd never tried before. Going to Benijo we saw a lot of cars in this restaurant and going back decided to stop and have late lunch. This decision made us to try the best restaurant in Tenerife. Although it has some panoramic view but it's nothing compared to real Tenerife food we tried from the daily menu, and most of dishes was under 10eur.
