I eat there few days ago. I arrive in the restaurant at 10 o clock on the night, i wanted to eat paella and fideua but with my surprise the waiter told that they don't do it after 9 o clock. Can you imagine be in Ibiza and cannot eat paella after 9?also was my last night i ask the waiter to ask to the kitchen as a favour, he didn't even ask. I wanted to go but i was starving so i decided to stay so my friend stand up to pick the menu because after 10 min sit we still didn't have it,we were 4 of us. We order pimiento de padron, huevo rotto con jamon serrano, pulpo a la plancha, pollo asado, insalata mista, verdure, and my crazy friend spaghetti bolognese. Pimiento not really well done, this huevo rotto not really woth 14 pound are potato cut skinny, fried with 2 eggs on top and very little jamon on top. My opinion as a chef maybe is better with potato on the oven or boiled. The pulpo was soft and a good portion but wasn't grilled enough, disappointed for 22 euro. All the rest fine, well obviously the bolognese not the top you don't eat italian food in a spanish restaurant but my friend wanted so we not complain about it but i m proud as italian that there are always italian option in a menu of all restaurant around world, it just confirm our status quo!!!! With pleasure the second waiter much more capable and nice than the first offer to us a round of shot!!! My last consideration of this place that is an old style village restaurant so they should put down their price and remove some dishes that they are not able to give justice or find some very good chef that can bring their standard up!!!
To respond. If your last order of fideua and paella is at 10.45 you should fire the waiter. He said absolutely not after 9 and i ask him if please can check with the kitchen if they can make a favour to us and he reply absolutely not!!! Maybe he wanted to go home early what can i say be careful of your employees!!! He was not to tall brown/black hair not skinny and not really professional and he was working with white t-shirt. On the opposite the tall skinny one with black t-shirt that offer to us the liquor was very nice and...
Read moreWe arrived and were told given the time of day they only had salads and sandwiches available. We were fine with that so we sat down ordered a coffee. Waiting to receive the menu 15 minutes pass and nothing. The place is not busy, the proprietor who informed us of the limited menu has taken the table across from us and is enjoying her meal. Multiple servers walk by and do not approach. I flag one over and ask if we can please order food. She walks away goes to speak to the proprietor who is still eating her lunch….more time passes nothing. Finally over it we get up to leave and that is the only time we are paid attention to because they want the money for the coffee. I can’t tell you how the food is, the proprietors lunch did look tasty!! All I can tell you is that the service is HORRENDOUS! Avoid this place…many other options in the Marina less than 3...
Read moreDinner at Bon Lloc was absolutely delicious, the food was perfectly cooked, the ambience with the fireplaces and live music gave a very special vibe to the restaurant which is renovated with a lot of detail and style. The owner passed by our table couple of times to check on us and the staff was very friendly and accommodating when we asked in advance if we could have a table close to the fire even though they were almost fully booked for our reservation time but they managed to get the table for us.
We will definitely come back and it already has become a favourite for us on the island.
Thank you for an...
