Under the expert guidance of their new Chef Will, Can Mimosa delivers dishes that are packed with flavor, generous in portion size, and served at just the right temperature. Even the most discerning of diners will be hard-pressed to find fault.

My wife and I dined at Can Mimosa for Sunday brunch, and it was a truly splendid experience. The live music was soothing and fun, with an ambience that was serene and peaceful as you are surrounded by orange and lemon trees and gorgeous flowers. My wife ordered the juicy brined chicken and I had the amazing lamb with a mint sauce. The side vegetables were fresh and cooked to maintain their nutrition, and the orange/cinnamon cream brulee was out of this world. As an amateur mixologist, I found the cocktails to be precise and refreshing, especially the Elderflower Collins. We were embraced by a kind-hearted staff that made the experience brilliant from start to finish. After three hours, we finally decided it was time to leave, but it would have been easy to spend another two more hours in the space with our new-found friends. There are many restaurants in Ibiza with inflated ratings but serve underwhelming food; however, Can Mimosa is a must-visit.
