Zero Gradi — Restaurant in Santa Eulària des Riu

This place is very sad. The only ice cream shop in Santa Gertrudis, we used to live in the area and went there several times over the years. Owners are very particular and unpleasant most of the time. Everything is a no, literally!! Last time we went, my mom wanted to have a bit of Bailey's on top of her ice cream cup, instead of saying "yes of course, I will charge you a shot" and just do it she made a drama and behaved as I asked her something out of space. I got the shot glass of Bailey's I had to put it myself on the ice cream. What is not a problem at all but a service orientated business should just smile and do it and not make a fuss about it. Later my kids wanted crepes with Nutella. We usually order Nutella on the side to can chose how much they want to put as not everyone likes the same amount. another NO. Years ago I ordered a Banana Split cup and wanted to chose the ice cream flavours I like and again there was a no....if you watch out in the entire shop are signs with NO (don't fo this or don't do that). Very sad, honestly. And the ice cream...sorry to say is not even worth the whole hassle as there are much better "heladerías" on the island. Good luck with the business! PS: only positive feedback is the jazz music they have always in the background, that I really like. But it's not a jazz bar it's a ice cream...

Unfortunately Turned into a complete rip off ! Used to come here 4 years in a row. Be careful when ordering more than one bowl of ice cream. When I allowed to ask why the second bowl is almost only 1/3 of the first one I got the most stupid answer whilst allowing myself to ask why “ my boss decided to do so “ take it or leave it and smiling at me :) never ever again. Don’t go there. You get much more value somewhere else. 4.50 EUR for 1.33 cubes is not only a joke but a clear statement to rip...

Yogurt and strawberry ice cream in a cone was amazing. HaZelnut and mango was lovely although had better mango ice cream elsewhere on the island. Not very mangoyee according to Mia. Karl - Coffee with ice cream was great. Alan - I discovered a fantastic range of chocolate however worth noting it is the gritty sugary traditionally made chocolate. - “Loved the Orio and strawberry. Strawberry was awesome.” Says Gabriel. Lots of seating outside. The restaurant has lots to offer besides ice cream....
