My friend made the reservation for dinner on a Sunday. I didn’t know Clap house yet, so I had no real expectations. But it was amazing! We didn’t know it had just opened 7 weeks ago, and even though you would expect it from a new restaurant, there were no opening flaws at all. It was just a great evening, we had the best experience.
First the restaurant itself is beautiful, and the music and atmosphere was really relaxed, very tranquil.
Second the view was absolutely gorgeous. We were lucky to have the most amazing colours in the sky, which made the view even more special.
Third, and I should have started with this: the service was impeccable from the moment we entered to the moment we left. We really felt special. Big kuddos for Marius (not in the least for the extra lighting for the pictures :D), Francesca and Karen for the great service!
Last but not least the food was really nice. There was a lot of choice for a combined group of carnivores and vegans, which is not always a given. Everyone of us loved the food.
Note that this is not a cheap place, we paid 700 euro for 4 people for dinner, but this includes cocktails, wines and three courses. It was worth it!
I absolutely recommend this restaurant and when I visit Ibiza again, I will definitely try a pool...
Read moreClap Ibiza is an embarrassment to the Clap brand. I’ve been to Clap in Dubai, London, and Beirut—this location should not carry the same name. The Ibiza outpost, partnered with Dolce & Gabbana, cheapens both brands. The décor looks like a Pinterest fail: clashing leopard-print towels and umbrellas that scream tacky, not luxury.
They had no electricity all day—no cocktails, no mocktails, no food. Just warm soft drinks and hard liquor at the bar. We weren’t informed in advance and were strung along with vague promises that food would be available “in 1–2 hours”—which never happened. No music either, and no atmosphere to make up for it.
The worst part? We prepaid for beach beds with no warning of these issues. No courtesy discount or communication unless we pushed for it. Service was slow and untrained, though the staff were clearly trying under poor management.
This place is style over substance, all aesthetics and no hospitality. Spanish consumer protection law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) requires clear information on service limitations and right to reimbursement for undelivered services. Clap Ibiza violated both.
It’s not just disappointing—it’s deceptive. Don’t waste your...
Read moreI went with a friend to spend the day at CLAP HOUSE Ibiza, and it was absolutely amazing! The place is stunning — beautifully designed, with super comfortable beds and a perfect ambience. The music created such a great vibe throughout the day!
The food was delicious! I’m vegetarian, and I was impressed by the variety and quality of the options. Everything had incredible Japanese flavors — truly a treat! The cocktails were fantastic too. We also tried some mocktails, and they were just as impressive — fresh, balanced, and super tasty.
The staff was outstanding — not only professional, but genuinely attentive and friendly. They checked on us regularly, made sure we were comfortable, kept our waters fresh, and offered great recommendations based on what we liked. A special shoutout to Pol, Pedro, and Leila — you really made our day even more special!
We definitely recommend CLAP HOUSE, and we’re already looking forward to coming back for dinner. The place looks amazing in the evening, and we imagine it must be...
