Fish Shack — Restaurant in Santa Eulària des Riu

It is an amazing experience to eat there. Even with a bit of rainy weather. It's a bit remote but ample parking makes it easy. Food was just recided to us from memory and no pad to write it down. I tip my hat to the servers. It always impresses me. We ordered whole Dorada and whole sea bass. We didn't wait long (15min maybe and it was busy) It always makes me happy when a big plate arrives and a glistening fish with crispy skin is presented. On the side boiled potatoes and simple salad of iceberg lettuce and tomato, julianne carrots and red onions and of course lemon wedge. You dress it yourself with good olive oil and balsamic vinegar provided. No frills it's all about the fish and it should be imo. Once you dig-in your pallet is spoiled with flavour. Not sure if they do cook it I butter but the flesh tasted like it is. Both fishes were cooked to perfection. Crispy skin I mentioned before adores super moist, sweet and buttery flesh. Scent of salty water in the air and music from waves make the experience even better. All top marks! When I come back I want their t-shirt (not for sale at the moment). Unforgettable meal. BTW people on the far end of the bench had tuna steaks and were making all the right noises too when eating. Nothing more to add. Fresh and delicious food away from the crowds with a breathtaking view, defiantly worth a visit.

Fish shack was a welcome break from the noise and bustle of the town centre, the food was all super fresh, we ordered prawns, sea bass and sardines between us costing €15-29 each.

Each comes with potatoes and salad and you also complimentary bread and olives as you sit down.

Even on a super hot day you get the breeze from the ocean to cool you down and views that are honestly one of a kind.

You’ll leave this place feeling very full and peaceful.

Only gripe is that they don’t actually give you a menu, you have to walk up to the side of the bar to see the actual menu and prices and but generally speaking the seafood plate with salad and potatoes range from €15-30 depending on the kind of seafood you order.

They also have neat options - lamb and beef too.

It’s a bit of a trek to find but just follow the fish smell!

Worth noting - its cash only and there aren’t any...

Authentic spot by the sea – simple food, simply amazing

We came as a couple to dine at Fish Shack, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. This place is very simple, unpretentious, but full of charm.

The service is warm and friendly, relaxed yet attentive. And the view… absolutely breathtaking. Dining right by the sea, in such a laid-back and authentic setting, felt like stepping out of time.

As for the food — it was outstanding. Everything is grilled fresh over a wood fire, with a focus on quality ingredients and honest flavors. We had two whole sea bass, and they were simply exceptional — perfectly grilled, incredibly tasty, and served with a side of potatoes and a fresh salad.
