Pizzeria Primosale — Restaurant in Santa Eulària des Riu

Overall was nice, since we were looking for a nice pizza our desire was satisfied. I would like to point out few little but really important things that turn our night in quite a dissapointment. Despite the quality of the pizza, me and my girlfriend been accomodated in a secondary room (was raining) that was more feeling like a storage that a dining room. At the moment of the payment we've been informed that payment terminal wasn't working and in order to pay with Bizum i asked to charge my phone (was out of battery) . HERE is the funny thing!! On the meanwhile, the waitress asked if we would have liked something while waiting and being Italian and in Ibiza we automatically thought about an offered CHUPITO de Hierbas that in here is common everywhere. We realized unfortunately that was probably i misunderstanding since with the shots we had also a 6 € bill. We asked for clarification saying we thought was offered and my girlfriend point out the fact that if she would have known she wouldn't order it since never happened to be charged for a chupito de hierbas here(she is Ibizenca and we live in here so we're not mistalking). Well! waitress went to talk with the boss and after a minute she came back saying "sorry but i have to withdrew the glasses" and she walked away. Maybe its us but it never, never happened in my life to see something similar for a digestivo. I found it not pleasant at all. After all we were waiting for my phone to get charge to pay since datafono wasn't working and cash were not allowed. Hopefully its because they just opened. We enjoyed this place that much, so much so that we ate twice at this restaurant during our five night holiday!! Honestly the pizza's were incredible - cooked to perfection and in front of you in the pizza oven. Beautiful outside garden which is lovely to sit and eat and socialise. The pizza's were very fresh tasting, lots of good quality ingredients used, it was around a 10 or so minute wait for the pizza's. The crust was really crispy and then the base was very thin, all the flavours were delicious! The second night, we opted for trying some homemade Italian desserts, and WOW! The tiramisu is honestly the best I have ever had. Once we do return to Es Canar, we will definitely be returning to this place! He estado a cenar hace algunos días con un grupo de 8 personas. Empezamos desde el hecho que nos venieronos a decirnos de haber acabado la masa de la pizza (???) y que había solo 4 disponibles de 8. Todo bien, cogemos esta información con una sonrisa sabiendo la onda de ibiza siendo nosotros todos residentes anuales. 4 de nosotros comieron plato del restaurante en lugar de pizzas y a la llegada de los platos a la mesa nos dimos cuenta que nos sirvieron 6, de número, 6 casoncelli. Con el miedo de quedarnos con hambre pedimos pan, no tenían pan y nos sirvieron 4 trocitos de focaccia (que nos cobraron 5€ con un alioli al lado nunca pedido) y al final nos vimos obligados a pedir patatas fritas también. En fin, llega la cuenta y fueron más de 30€ cada persona. Tengo mas de 10 años de experiencia en hostelería y restauración y sé que a veces pasan cosas fuera de nuestro control y hay que lidiar con ellas. Razón por la cual espero que esta recension sea más una crítica constructiva que otra cosa. Nos han creado el problema de no poder servirnos pizza y no han pensado de arreglarlo. Nada de descuento (simbolico por lo menos) nada de invitación (el pan por ejemplo) ni un chupito al final de la cena, después que hemos gastado 250€ por unas pizza/pasta y unas cerveza. Además me ha parecido carisimo por ser una pizzeria y no un restaurante. Precio demasiado alto que además está ubicada en es canar, nada de "turisteo de playa d'en bossa" dónde la pueden clavar a cualquiera tranquilamente. Honestamente tengo que admitir que la calidad de los productos están muy bien (menos mal!!) pero la gestión del local y de la situación ha sido fatal. Es suficiente muy poco para que un cliente se vaya contento después de haberle creado un problema y no han sido capaces de hacer nada por hacerlo. Falta de intención. No sé si es falta de experiencia o simplemente avidez, no bajaré nel detalle por que creo que no cambiaria los hechos, pero cierto que después de haberme gastado un pastón por volver a casa con hambre no volveré nunca más. Lástima por que somos todos locales y vivimos todos nel barrio. Alemanes y olandeses seguro que no hacen quejas de estas por como van las cosas en la isla, pero italianos y españoles aun sí.
