Restaurante Asian Road — Restaurant in Santa Eulària des Riu

They serve Perrier water which comes in open bottles to the table. The soda water inside the bottle surely is NOT PERRIER but they refill the bottles with cheap soda water. Lots of bubbles which is not Perrier. The 2 service waitresses were indeed terrible. One waitress is not a waitress at all because she does not know the food and drinks on the restaurants menu. The other waitress talks and talks and wanted us to change our food order. Finally some of the food they served was not ordered by us. Even after making a claim, they didn’t bring the correct ones. All orders took very long, drink orders needed several reminders. At the end we also found items on the bill that we did not have. Had to claim again. THE FOOD ITSELF WAS GOOD. The Service is a total disaster and the obvious refill of „Perrier branded water“ at almost 6 Euros for a bottle-can be called cheating. 2 of us dropped in without booking early evening. We sat outside in the pedestrianised area, it was very very hot, with a limited breeze. The staff were happy, courteous and welcoming. We started with the salmon balls and crackers, these were the largest crackers I've seen. The salmon balls were crisp, tasty and moreish. We then went onto a Thai green curry and soft shell crab and prawn curry. The flavours were fantastic, each curry was served with a portion of rice, that was actually superfluous as the main body of each curry was packed with ingredients, and again delicious! Hoy he tenido una experiencia MUY DESAGRDABLE en este restaurante. Nada más llegar, le digo al camarero que soy vegana (SE LO RECALQUÉ VARIAS veces, además de explicarle lo que esto siginifica), y le preguntë si era posible pedir un curry con verduras y arroz pero en vez de pollo, con tofu, y me dice que sí, aunque "a los cocineros no les hace gracia cuando alguien pide cambiar los ingredientes". Me pareció un comentario bastante desafortunado y me incomodó, pero no quise ni ponerme de mal humor, ni molestar a mi pareja ni arruinar la comida, así que intenté olvidarlo. Al rato me trae el plato que pedí, y cuando estoy a punto de meterme el tenedor en la boca lo veo raro, me pongo a mirarlo bien y me había traído el curry con pollo. Bastante disgustada lo llamo y me dice "el error es de la cocina". Se lo lleva, y al rato me trae otro plato (o eso creí), pero luego de haber comido un poco ménos de la mitad, encuentro pollo dentro de mi plato, por lo que evidentemente era el mismo plato anterior que le habían quitado más o menos los trozos de pollo y le pusieron un poquito de tofu por encima. Evidentemente se me quitaron las ganas de comer, y me puse muy nerviosa y nos enfadamos muchísimo porque está claro que se ríen de los clientes. Preguntamos por la persona encargada y nos dicen que no existe nadie encargado en ese sitio, que dejemos un número y que luego nos llamarían por telefono, como si eso arreglara algo. Y encima al pedir la cuenta (porque ya ni el postre que estaba incluido queríamos), los sinvergüenzas pretendían cobrarme por la comida que NO PEDÍ, a lo que por supuesto me negué rotundamente. Sinceramente fué una experiencia muy desagradable, y está clarísimo que ni nosotros ni nuestra familia ni amigos volveremos jamás a este sitio.

En resumen: errores graves en cocina, falta de responsabilidad del personal, y una gestión muy deficiente ante una situación que podría haberse evitado fácilmente con un poco de atención y empatía. No lo recomiendo si esperan un trato serio...
