Bar Volanti — Restaurant in Santa Pola

Have seen this place quite a few times before and finally we managed to try them.

We arrived here on Sunday just before it got quite busy, so the service was pretty fast but more importantly they were very friendly.

The place has its own rule of service i.e. you don't get a menu, the staff tells you what's fresh on that day.

We had grilled tuna, artichoke and shells..all of them were pretty good.

We asked for a two glasses of white wine and they left the bottle, also we were not charged for the shots. I love this kind of places where you can feel the local restaurant / community feeling.

One thing I can say is that the dessert menu and the presentation can be a bit better. The rest is great.

Value for money - 5 stars.

If you are looking for a local place to eat, look no further. Honestly, it's the best restaurant for fresh fish in town, if not the whole region.
