Cafè Drac — Restaurant in Santanyí

Went here as was close to our hotel and thought we would give it a chance given that the reviews seem either very positive or very bad about the waitors. I can see both sides of this. I imagine if you're a meat eater you'll rate it better

Pros - one member of staff was very helpful in pointing out vegan options and he was nice; salted potatoes really nice; lovely view; put candles out in evenings and it's pretty.

Cons- not much vegan options compared to other places (ended up with a salad, some potatoes and some fried peppers), a different waitor wasn't the most welcoming and I can imagine the bad reviews are potentially about them, lastly as an olive lover I was quite sad to have the first ever olive I've ever disliked in my life....

The owners treated us bad, as soon as we arrived we ordered beers, while waiting some minuts to think about what we wanted to eat, asked for the menu many times and they never brough it to us, instead, a girl came rudely to ask if we are gonna eat or what, asked us to smoke far away, but with no manners at all. I can totally understand any rules you have in your restaurant but what is not nice at all is the way you talk to your client. Being rude and no manners wont bring you positive things. Looked very promising from reviews and pics. Great views. Unfortunately very disappointed, cancelled my order and left. I was sat by a window that looked into the kitchen. That wasn’t as much problem as I actually got a chance to see what was happening…off putting. Was between the lack of hygiene and the staff on their phones while many are waiting for the food made me leave. Waited for twenty minutes for a burger and it didn’t look like it was going to get processed anytime soon…others seemed to have order issues and been waiting...
