Bar Cafetería Tropic 2 — Restaurant in Santiago del Teide

We were regular guests here… BUT This restaurant has a regular guest who always arrives with his dog who is clearly at the edge of starvation. In addition, he leaves his dog outside of the restaurant tied to a tree in the burning sun without any water for hours. If I was the restaurant owner I surely would not serve this person and I would call the police immediately.

During our stay I called the animal rescue and reported this case. They told me that they cannot help unless the owner of the dog wants help.
