Taberna El Antiguo — Restaurant in Santoña

Muy mala experiencia. UNA PENA TENER QUE PEDIR EL TICKET PARA SABER QUE ME ESTÁN ESTAFANDO PIDIENDO MEDIAS RACIONES CUYOS PRECIOS NO SE REFLEJAN EN CARTA. Pido la cuenta, me dice de boquilla el camarero sin pensar mucho 25€ y noto que me ha dicho el importe que le ha dado la gana. Entonces decido pedir el ticket. El camarero de caja reclama al compañero que me dijo el importe y se ponen a cuchichear intentando cuadrar importes...muy descarado por su parte y de muy mala educación y profesionalidad. El ticket salió como salió cuando los importes de las medias raciones se los sacan de la manga al no estar reflejados en carta. Resultado, pedimos MEDIAS RACIONES de chorizo de Potes, ventresca y queso picón, 1 cerveza y mosto y nos salió 25€. Haciendo cálculos con raciones enteras y las bebidas nos hubiera salido 27,90€. 2,90 € de diferencia en total entre medias y raciones enteras....Esto sucede cuando los precios no son transparentes y no están reflejados en carta.., un engaño. Y como veis la ventresca ha costado 9 € cuando la ración completa son 8,50 € + 0,30 € de suplemento terraza...INCREIBLE PERO CIERTO. Le pido explicaciones y ¿ cómo defender un ticket indefendible??callando...verlo...

Such a great first experience at the place and will absolutely pass by whenever we’re in the North! The atmosphere was fantastic, food is of great quality and staff members are efficient and super friendly, especially the host Joseppe who was extremely welcoming and generous - he made us feel at home.

This place is amazing!! We're we given the most warm welcome I've ever experienced by Giuseppe on entering the bar. So friendly and polite. The anchovies and cheese were to die for! We had a free tapas with the wine and also our doggies got one too. If you're in Santoña, you can't miss this place. We'll be back...
