Koala Rest Club — Restaurant in Sanxenxo

I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, the food was almost raw (picanha), it looked like chewing gum! Then I wanted to call an employee of the establishment and they told me that they would come "right away" but after 20 minutes I was still there waiting, then as I was already fed up with that service, I asked an employee to bring me the bill because I couldn't take it anymore and unbelievably it seems it took another 10/15 minutes for them to come and give me the bill, they passed by the table, even after having asked several times and seemed not to care!

Atmosphere is great, staff is good but food was a big disappointment. We ordered the Chuleton and Bao marítimo. Bao was Ok only one piece of prawn so the bread was a bit strong on the taste. The meat.. Never had something like that, but for me and my boyfriend was Tasteless, hard, and not at all worth it €52. Besides the fact that it’s not in the menu and they don’t tell you the price. Era do de fest na zona e estava caótico, entramos e pergunta,os se dava para jantarem duas pessoas, disseram que tinha de ser com outro colega, esperamos uns cinco minutos a tentar falar com ele, até que consegui chama-lo r diz que só no balcão, quando íamos sair, chamam para sentar numa mesa numa mesa que acabava de vagar. Mal sentamos perguntam o que queremos beber, e pergunto pela carta, dizem que é no qrcode, imagina se estava sem bateria.. abro o site, e de bebidas só tem uma secção chamada “cockteleria”, e da um erro na página, diz que não existe. Demoro mais uns cinco minutos até conseguir chamar a atenção dele e quando chega a mesa eu começo por user o que quero comer ao que ele me interrompe dizendo apenas “bebidas!” Num tom seco, e repete, “só bebidas”, e eu meia confusa digo que no site não tem bebidas só tem um link que diz “cockteleria” e nem esse existe, ao que me responde : “não temos cockteleria”, achei que entendi mal e tento dizer algo mais sobre o que posso pedir já que nem carta tem, e não fazes cocktails, e um restaurante bar, cheio de todas a bebidas e mais algumas que vejo na minha frente, enfim, já só me apetece revirar os olhos, está barulho, e pergunto se tem sangria a copo, diz que sim e eu pergunto sobre a comida ao que m diz que ele não recebe pedidos de comida, só de bebida. Fico atónita e tenho eu de perguntar a quem peço a comida, afinal estava ali para jantar e já eram 22:50 e ele diz que é a outro colega, enfim. Tento encontrar quem me ouça durante uns 10 minutos, e já chateada,...
