Best spot in Sarria hands down. We had the pilgrim set menu at an affordable price. For me, I had Galician caldo, pork chop (cerdo), and fruit salad (macedonia). And the other menu was ensalada mixta (our favorite), calamares guisados con patatas, y flan. The drinks were included in the menu price, which was amazing. We did peruse the comprehensive raciones and the a la carte menu and liked what we saw there as well. The wait staff was patient and gave us time to decide our food and ample time to slowly speak Spanish. Definitely worth the short walk from the camino to the river. El Faro (Lighthouse) seems to be a regular spot for locals as well, it was the most popular joint for drinks on the entire street!...

We were there just at 8 and had superb service. The food is made on site by a very talented chef. I had Lasagna- delicious, and Pat had the Spaghetti Bolognese - equally delicious and both plates were served with a vegetable side plate. We were given roasted chestnuts as a bonus.
