I should have realized the reviews were old before we went. Wanting to have a special regional meal, I looked up best places to have Pulpo online and this restaurant came highly rated. When we got there we thought it was closed at first because there was only a couple of people there. Should have been my first clue. The meal came - my son had pork loin and eggs and it was fine. I had pulpo and house white wine. The wine was awful so I asked if they had another option and the waiter just shrugged and shook his head... ? And I was violently ill that night after eating the Pulpo. Symptoms that match eating undercooked octopus. Cost us 2 days of our Camino journey. Great food with huge servings, very pleasant staff! This was the restaurant which our hotel in Sarria partnered with during our Camino de Santiago trip and I was so impressed with the quality and amount of food.

Teño sentimentos enfrontados, por unha parte, o menú do día émoi barato, pola outra e moi o meu pasar a comida sen estar mala non era do meu agrado. No primer plato, xudías a galega, as xudías estaban cheas de fíos o que facía difícil comelas, se non fora por iso o sabor estaba bo. Por outra parte o segundo filete de ternera con patacas frixidas, a carne moi fora de punto e seca. Pola outra banda o postre, aquí si un 10, o flan de ovo caseiro exquisito, digno de calquer restaurante. Sen dúbida que estes problemas deben ser puntuais pois as opinións en xeral son boas.
