Infanta Sevilla — Restaurant in Seville

Absolutely amazing meal - my wife and I stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting Seville as part of our honeymoon, and it turned out to be the best meal of our trip! The restaurant had a cozy, authentic feel with an open kitchen, two tables inside, and a handful of tables outdoors. It seemed like a neighborhood spot with a few regulars the staff immediately greeted by name stopping in for a beer or small bite, while also hosting a few larger groups ranging from a table of 10 young men to a family out to dinner with grandparents. Really enjoyed this! We tried patatas bravas which were great, spicy tomato sauce with aioli. We also tried the Fried chicken drumsticks because they were free range. Alongside the bread, two of us were surprisingly full after this but then came the highlight which was the ox cheek. Fell apart. Served with a sauce that was really sweet and delicious. Served with sliced potatoes which were great but not so good with the sauce but you could mix and match then. Had croquetas which were unremarkable. We ate our best meal at this restaurant during our two week trip to Spain from the United States. The flavor and quality of the food was exceptional, the hosts were warm and friendly, and the meal was affordably priced. As an added bonus, this restaurant had an authentic, local flair, which was distinct from the other, more touristy restaurants that we visited during our trip.
