DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!Don’t waste your time. We went as a group of five and 3/5 were hugely disappointed with our food. Stingy with certain elements of dishes which throws the whole meal. Despite complaining politely about the dishes I was met with a huge amount of angry Spanish talk across the able amongst employees. Apparently because other customers had eaten it in that dish that day the fact I didn’t like it wasn’t valid. I said to the waitress I was prepared to pay for the uneaten, overly salty , terrible food if they took my feedback onboard. Eventually an angry manager approached and after bickering agreed he would remove it from the bill as they wouldn’t listen to my advice and insisted there was nothing wrong with the dishes. We went because this restaurant was recommended, the location is stunning and the service outstanding however we went for seafood paella and we were quite disappointed. Being from Spain and having grown up here, i’ve had plenty of paellas I was unhappy from the moment the paella arrived. It looked way too dark, a dark brown. The rice was overcooked, soggy, and the worst part was it was super salty. The seafood was dry, didn’t seem fresh. Hace unos días tuve la suerte de descubrir S’Oratge, un restaurante que se ha ganado rápidamente un lugar especial en mi lista de favoritos. Si estás buscando un lugar donde disfrutar de una paella de calidad, este es el sitio.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el ambiente fue simplemente encantador. El restaurante tiene una ubicación privilegiada, justo al borde del mar, y las vistas son espectaculares. Nos acomodaron en una mesa con vistas panorámicas al océano, lo cual ya nos hizo sentir que estábamos a punto de vivir una experiencia única.

La verdadera joya, por supuesto, fue la paella . Pedimos una de mariscos, y déjenme decirles, ¡estaba exquisita! El arroz perfectamente cocido, en su punto justo, absorbió todo el sabor del caldo y los mariscos estaban fresquísimos. Cada bocado era una explosión de sabor, y los ingredientes se notaban de la más alta calidad. Se sentía el cariño y la dedicación en cada plato. El toque de azafrán y el sofrito eran sencillamente perfectos.

Lo que realmente hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más memorable fue el trato de los camareros. Desde el primer momento, se notó la calidez y profesionalismo. Nos atendieron con una sonrisa, fueron muy atentos y nos ofrecieron recomendaciones que, sinceramente, mejoraron aún más la comida. Se notaba que se preocupaban por nuestra satisfacción, y eso, en mi opinión, es lo que realmente hace la diferencia en un restaurante.

Para terminar, no pudimos resistirnos a probar los postres, y la tarta de limón fue el cierre perfecto para una comida inolvidable.

En resumen, S’Oratge es mucho más que un restaurante; es una experiencia completa. No solo por la comida de calidad, sino también por el trato excepcional y el ambiente inmejorable....
