Restaurante La Honorable — Restaurant in Tías

Last time I ate here I gave a five-star review. I returned yesterday and was shocked to discover how things have changed. The text on the menu is so small five of us couldn't read it, we had to get a child to read it out loud. The starters, main course and desserts have disappeared and been replaced by ten snacks (salads, burgers and the like). Despite ours being the only table, the food took over an hour to arrive. With the bread came a smell of rotting cheese that turned out to be the butter that was rancid. We mentioned this and, without even taking the butter with her, the waitress returned to tell us "The chef says the butter is fine". The three dishes we asked come first were brought last. This included chicken and chips for a child that we asked for without the spicy sauce. It came with the sauce so it had to be replaced. By the time it arrived the child had fallen asleep. The waitress noticed and apologised but still charged for it. The salmorejo had far too much garlic, the ensaladilla was dry and the tomatoes in all the salads were warm, as if boiled. Went for a Christmas party as a Hotel representative for Tui. Recorded I was Vegan and allergic to garlic before I went. For the starters the waiter gave me a tuna salad. I advised I was vegan and he advised me to eat around it. I told him I didn't want it and tried to give it back and he was pushing it back at me. In the end I just firmly advised him he better take it away from me. The manageress came and I advised I was vegan, she then brought me the salad minus the tuna, I asked if the dressings contained garlic and she said no. I started eating it and tasted garlic, so I asked her again and she told me it did contain garlic. I told her she could make me very ill feeding me garlic. She said that she would give me something else, but I told her I had lost faith and not to bother and left the Christmas party, so thank you La Honorable for ruining what was meant to be a...

Fue una experiencia desastrosa y denunciable. Fuimos el viernes por la noche a cenar y tomar unas copas después, ya que han empezado a hacer noches con dj y buen ambiente este día de la semana, pero la desorganización, el trato de los camareros y la poca comunicación entre ellos casi le cuesta la vida a una de nosotras. Al llegar, pedimos amablemante una mesa para cenar, el camarero de la terraza nos indica que fuera ya no se servirán comidas y que preguntemos dentro (mentira, pues no parábamos de ver platos salir fuera en todo momento). Al preguntar a la compañera de dentro, pese a haber mesas vacías, nos dice que no tiene nada libre, le decimos que esperamos entonces en la barra a que nos pueda sentar cuando alguien se vaya y que por favor nos avise (no nos apunta ni nombre, ni nada). A la media hora, viendo que seguía habiendo mesas libres, me acerco a preguntar y conseguimos por fin sentarnos. Nos apuntan las bebidas, pero hasta 20mins después no nos las traen, y cuando queremos en ese momento pedir la comida, nos dice de una manera desagradable que "eso a su compañera", a la cual no logamos interceptar hasta pasados otros 20mins. Cuando por fin conseguimos pedirle la cena, informamos de que una de nosotras es MUY MUY alérgica a los frutos secos, incluso puntualizamos que literalmente se muere si los ingiere, ella lo apunta en la comanda y para nuestra sorpresa, cuando nos traen uno de los platos, por encima llevaba frutos secos espolvoreados. Gracias a dios que estaban por encima muy visibles y una de nosotras los probamos antes y nos dimos cuenta, pues la salsa de los tacos al parecer también llevaba y no se apreciaba a la vista!!! Gracias a dios se quedó en un susto que nos arruinó la noche, pero mejor eso que en el hospital. Al decirlo, le echan la culpa a la camarera que cogió la comanda diciendo que ella no lo había avisado, cuando nosotras claramente vimos que sí lo escribió, y posteriormente se pelearon el cocinero y ella a la vista de todos. No se cuál fue el problema exactamente, pero si sois alérgicos a algo a altos niveles, no os recomiendo confiar en comer en este...
