This used to be a reasonable restaurant in Tarifa. It's now under new management and franckly, it went from reasonable to miserable! They stripped all decoration from the walls and replaced with nothing. So the place just looks empty. Food was terrible and half of the menu wasn't available. Even more incredible... they didn't have deserts!!! Why even bother to have a restaurant open, if you cannot provide half of the menu and a decent desert! Stay way... as it is right... its a big rip off!
Considering the reply from what I assume are the owners I have to make some further comments:
It's true that decoration is a matter of taste but for instance, stripping the restaurant of beautifull oil pantings with the theme of "lobo" is definitly a minus. The place feels empty compared to what it was.
There were 4 plates that were not available from the menu. If you don't know this is happening then you don't know what's happening in your own restaurant. There were no deserts: I belive you known that, since you didn't even mention it on your reply .
Finaly, let me make perfecly clear that I have absolutly no malitious intentions. Franckly, I tought that you would welcome criticism and probably didn't know that situations like these were happening. But considering your reply, it's perfecly clear how you consider your clients opinions. I live in Tarifa and know quite a lot of people here and word passes quickly so I hope that you correct whatever you have to and start replying in a respectful and considerate way to critics. If you want to have a sucessful...

I adored the steak, but the chicken was excellent as well. And the sauces were fantastic. I dined with my husband and a good friend, and each of us had a different favorite among the three sauces. My only complaint is that our side, the potatoes gratin, was served cold. (The dish was boiling hot, but the potatoes themselves were cold - perhaps they were accidentally put straight under the broiler when they should have gone in the oven first?) Still, if you’re looking for a romantic date or just a very fun...

The steak sirloin casserole is okay; the steak was kinda dry. I recommend the house wine. We waited another 10 minutes for the check and then a different waiter asked if we needed anything and again, we said, the check. So after a total of 20 or so minutes, we went inside to find our waiter to ask about the check. It looked like he had completely forgotten about us and he quickly got the bill ready for us. We were finally able to pay and leave. The staff is friendly, but not...
