Petit Bistro — Restaurant in Tarifa

The food here is delicious!! Stumbled upon here late at night with my fiancé while on vacation and was extremely pleased! We ordered the mini duck burger (be aware that it's only one per order) and it was phenomenal!! The burger was followed by a zucchini crudité salad which was really great! Our main dish was the duck breast which, again, was absolutely delicious!!! - We couldn't have been more satisfied with our meal. In fact..we went back the next night and brought my parents with us. We ordered the same dishes and my parents ordered the sword fish instead of the duck breast. Again, phenomenal food! Consistency is key! -- The owners are really welcoming, nice and have a great sense of humor! The waiter was really personable as well! If I ever visit Tarifa again...I would definitely come back!! I highly recommend...

What a fantastic find! A tiny place, offering the most STUNNING food. We are in Tarifa waiting for the ferry to Tangier and discovered it at lunchtime on Wednesday. On that occasion I had incredible fresh fish. We liked it so much we went back on Saturday night, I had the pork loin (absolutely incredible) my partner had the duck (out of this world) I then pushed a GF crepe with apple and Calvados into my little face and we rolled ourselves home. Petit Bistro was the PERFECT stop for an evening in Tarifa. I had a seafood pasta and my friends had the duck breast, all of which were fantastic. The owner of the restaurant (Veronica) was very kind and hospitable beyond words. My friends and I had taken the ferry over to Tarifa from Tangier, and we got the ferry times wrong for the ride back, and Veronica was our saving grace! She found us a hostel and provided us with everything we needed for an emergency night in Tarifa. All around beautiful experience, thank you Veronica and Petit Bistro!
